I am a designer, artist and cook extraordinaire! My sister has always wanted me to write a cook book or at least document the different things I make. I don't follow recipes I adapt, add, garnish, embellish, subtract, innovate, till I make it my own. I always tell her its hard to write this down because it is based on a moments inspiration, or what needs to be used up in the fridge.
