Jo Dyson

My name is Jo and this blog is about everything I cook in my kitchen. I lead quite a busy life and do not always get as much time as I like to do cooking. However, I will try and share recipes that work for me in my busy life, either created by myself or by my favourite chefs or fellow foodie bloggers (that have now become my friends.) I will try and post on here once every week or two weeks, however this may not always be the case. I am not a chef or a photographer, just a normal home cook. My food does not always look perfect but it always tastes good.

Apart from loving everything foodie wise, I enjoy watching motor racing (Formula 1 and BTCC), hill walking, trying to keep fit and I am gadget lover. In my professional life, I work as a GIS and Mapping Technician at the University of Worcester. I live in Halesowen in the West Midlands, England with my partner Stuart.
