I am French and I am curious, very curious and I love to read and discover new things and I LOVE food and cooking. I grew up in the south-west of France in Bordeaux, moved to the US when I was 20 and now I live in Bali with my husband Komang. I am passionate about Asia, the art, culture and food, especially from Indonesia. I have worked in restaurants as a cook, had a pastry business in NYC and a catering business. Now, I live in a small village and am happy to cook Balinese food and of course, when the urge strikes returning to my roots and cooking French.
