Local Chow
My partner Chris and I have moved into a motor-home full time to travel the country on a marketing campaign for her work. While living on the road, I will be writing a cookbook as well as this blog which will journal my experiences with eating local, seasonal and organic when possible. Although, I am not at all opposed to a great food cart or hole in the wall diner if they have good LOCAL chow!
