I am sole Owner/Baker of, and for : Piccolo's Gift Shop and Italian Bakery of Western, New York. Established in 2006.
My dream is to be healthy enough to continue doing what I love...Baking and Watching the wonderful faces and hearing the yummy sounds of my customers and new faces of passers by, when they first try a sample of something I have baked.
My favorite Italian Cookie is a wonderful lemon flavored cookie, deep fried and covered in a lovely concord grape sauce, with slivers of milk chocolate and ground nuts sprinkled all over it. A hot cup of Tea and I'm in heaven!
