Felisha Wild
When you say food – I say education. I love to play with my food and love to get others playing with theirs as well. Corporate and community health and wellness workshops, classes and gatherings are just a few places where you’ll see me. My specialty and passion is raw vegan cuisine but I have worked in restaurants making Asian, vegetarian,vegan and everything else in between.
I currently live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with my partner and our 2 cats Piper, Paige, and our puppy Reina. We also have 5 children that keep us very busy.
I was born and raised in Wisconsin and have through the course of many years lived and traveled throughout the world. Germany, Russia, Malaysia, and many states in the U.S. Have been home to me as well as traveling to the far reaches of the planet. Each experience has brought with it memories of the people, delicious cuisines, and the amazing diversity of life.
One of my passions since an early age has been food and the preparation of dishes for the enjoyment of others. I truly enjoy making food and sharing my knowledge of food with others. The recipes that I share are enjoyed by me as well as others and we have enjoyed the full and rich flavors that are a hallmark of good cuisine.
After preparing food in various restaurants I realized that I wanted to go back to school to learn all I can about the culinary arts. So fall of 2010 I will be returning as a student to learn how to be the best Chef that I can be.
Feeding people is one of the most intimate acts I know of.
