I am a stay at home Mom and Wife to 3 rowdy little boys and my best friend forevers. I really love my life and feel blessed every single day. I am not what you would call a "foody." I am very much about comfort food and simplicity.

My inspiration for my blog came from my love of leftovers. I have been making "odd" omelets for a long time... and decided one day it was time to share my strange taste with the world!
