The Gastronomista

I am the creator and author of two food blogs- www.thegastronomista.com and www.tapastudor.com. I would like to thank my mom, Margie, for encouraging me to take Spanish classes in school. She also encouraged me to travel the world. I have traveled abroad to Spain, Morrocco, Italy, Greece, Turkey and Thailand. I would also like thank my husband for recently getting me a MacBook Pro which I truly love. I have been professionally involved in restaurant ownership, catering and cooking. I live in the country surrounded by mature oak trees, one heck of a guy, three crazy dogs, and ten or so Koi.
