Omeletta
Food nerd, living in New York City with my husband in our miniscule apartment in East Village. I bartend during the day, and when I'm not trying to keep our apartment from looking as though squatters have taken it over, I'm cooking and blogging as well as doing the best I can to promote my blog. Ultimately, while I do love bartending, my dream job would be to test and develop recipes for a publisher specializing in cookbooks and magazines. In the meantime, I'll just keep rattling the cocktail shaker and doing what I love.
