Joshua Alan Burgin

I am Joshua Alan Burgin! About a year ago, I found my true passion, food. Food has always been a big party of my life coming from a southern Italian-Irish family! Now, I run my own food blog and baking business. This fall, I will be moving to France and studying the language at l'Université de Caen Basse-Normandie. After I move back to the states and finish my degree at my current university, I will be returning to France and beginning culinary school. My ultimate goal is to one day own my own boulangerie/bakery.
