Pei-Lin
Dodol is a toffee-like Malaysian sweets; mochi is a sweet glutinous rice snack common throughout East Asia even though it's better known by its Japanese name. As the name says, I'm a Malaysian-Chinese. And, I discovered a passion for cooking, baking, food photography and styling during the last two years of my undergraduate education. Here, I'd like to share my edible experiments with you. Hopefully, we can get the passion burning beyond the kitchen and lenses through this journal of mine!
