I love to cook, and now after recently moving to the Beautiful Mountains of Tennessee we have a huge garden with all of the fresh vegetables and herbs that I use, oh and did I mention that we also have over 100 chickens that are just starting to lay the best free range exotic eggs all brown and pastel colored.
I grew up traveling the world and my parents had a cooking school in Vermont and Paris and various other "foodie" ventures including lessons with Paul Bocuse and Marcella Harzan.
I have recently retired after 30 years working for American Airlines as an International Flight Attendant flying at the end of my career back and forth from Fort Lauderdale to London as I had the opportunity to be involved with having an English Pub in the country side just outside of London. We served not only the traditional English Pub fare, but also many non traditional restaurant fare.
I love to plan our daily menus and will certainly be accessing this website.
