I am a self-taught personal chef and caterer with over 25 years experience. As a freelance writer about all things food, I write for three online magazine and also write an exclusive food blog for our local newspaper, The Cape Coral Daily Breeze. My personal food preference is a vegan diet but I cook everything that the client wants. My catering style is upscale, whole organic food (whenever possible) and I pride myself on creating menus of distinction and quality. I am 47 years old and have 3 grown daughters (one who is a classically trained chef) and 6 step children.
