I have written 2 Nyonya cookbooks and teaching Nyonya cuisine all over the world. I will be promoting my culture and food in Singapore doing an interview and teaching the chef
in the hotel cooking Penang style of Nyonya Cuisine. This is a very exciting cuisine with
6-7 different flavours, I am interested to follow the traditional style of cooking, I want to bring my food alive with exotic but well balanced flavour that is so subtle that you have to
guess the ingredients in it. What you see and taste is not what it is in my Nyonya cuisine.
That is the different between Western and Easten cuisine
