A Registered Dietitian and self-proclaimed foodie, I aim to empower others to Eat and ENJOY REAL food. I eat mostly healthy stuff, but sometimes I want a cookie or a cupcake! Cook sometimes, and exercise often! My INSPIRATIONS come from "good lookin" food that tastes good. You'll find me doing pilates or yoga during commercial breaks or while my spaghetti squash is roasting, taking cooking classes at the natural gourmet institute, or writing and blogging about all the above.
