Madame Monaco

I'm an American, from the South, living in Quebec with my Italian-Canadian husband. Before moving to Canada I worked as a librarian. I also spent a lot of time studying - English, Journalism, Library Science and Gastronomy. One of my favorite subjects is food history. My cooking style is flexible. I have a lot of healthy recipes but love the occasional decadent treat.
