Love to cook. My grandmother started teaching me when I was about 4 y/o.I started as a short order at the age of 13. When I turned 16 y/o I was chef of a hotel in Florence. I entered the USAF at 17 y/o and cooked for the first 4 years. After that i cooked for the next 16 years part time in clubs and hotels.Now I am retired and cook at home.....sometimes. I still like to create recipes and cook for parties.
