I live and work in Castle Rock, Colorado. Since I am up in the mountains and love to bring my family, I am very interested in custom outdoor cooking made simple. I work for a local company called Shades Shutters Blinds an we sell custom roller shades. Besides cooking, I love to fish, hunt and skii which is pretty much what I would do full time if I could retire now.
