Currently living in a 5th wheel with my music man husband and four home schooling kids to pay off debt, we are on a "year-long camping trip." My kitchen might be tiny, but there is still room for creativity and exploration. Nourishing, real foods, mainly raw, fermented, and/or soaked is my favorite way to go, but I have an insatiable sweet tooth that helps me convert empty food treats to healthy(er) desserts.
