Ray Gingco

Hi I’m Ray – a husband, and father of three wonderful children. I was born and raised in the Philippines before moving here in the United States. No I'm not a chef nor I pretend to be one. My adventurous love affair with cooking started just right after our second child – Kareena was born. My wife gave me the choice of taking care of the baby stuff or help out in the house like taking care of our meals. I chose the latter and I never looked back.

I cook and cater parties here in Los Angeles where I live. Whenever I get a break from cooking, my passion for food continues by developing and writing recipes. I like writing and sharing my recipes with humor that are sometimes based on memories and experiences that relate to the dishes that once touched my life and the lives of other people around me.
