We are woman, in various stages of parenthood, who meet once a month to talk food. The rest of the month we post recipes, food-related field trips, interviews with local farmers and value-added purveyors, local and national news and events, food policy and general foodie musings on our blog.

Food is nourishment.
Food is community.
Food is love.
But sadly, food can also be toxic and in reality not "food" at all.
We are a small group of women connected to the food they and their families eat. We are interested in sharing all things food; recipes, blogs, cookbooks, kitchen products, farms, food manufactures, food memoirs, food policy movements, local events, farmer's markets, and gardening. Basically anything and everything because in reality, food weaves itself in & out of everyone's lives multiple times a day, not just when we are eating or cooking.
