i don't know if i like cooking or if i just like eating really good food. either way i have to cook. my favorite food is japanese. i like sushi but i'm more into the traditional home style food as well as their street food.

i love seafood and i love cooking with wine. lately i've really been into middle eastern cooking; mainly because my favorite local restaurant serves cuisine from the levant. syrian, lebanese and turkish are known for their majestic and exotic cuisine and lately it's been quite an experience discovering unique blends of flavors. i'll post the ones i've tried and liked.
