Rosemary Farley

I'm into food and cooking in a big way. I like the science of food, why things happen. My favourite is Thai, and next is probably Italian, but I love lots of different things and love trying new foods. We are so lucky in Australia, we can grow so much ourselves but we can also import from all over the world. Still, I am hearing of new foods, fruits and vegetables that I have never heard of before. I especially like cooking with all different herbs, and grow many of them so I can use them fresh.
 
My other interests are many, including travel, reading, gardening (I love growing my own vegetables). I have five children (four girls , one boy), three living in England and two living here, all married except one girl who is a single mother. I have 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
