Joan Manalang
Iam a Filipino artist who was born and raised in Manila. Currently based in Vietnam as the Head of Creative Group in a local Ad agency. I spend most of her free time doing Muay Thai Boxing. Although I left my heart in Sydney & Melbourne, I promise to go back and pursue her ultimate dream to settle down under one day soon. In the meantime I embrace life by doing and learning the things I love. This blog chronicles all my activities like my painting, running, love for football, muay thai boxing, traveling, beach bumming, photography and of course my constant cooking! I am Jamie Oliver's number one fan in the Philippines & Vietnam. In that claim I am 100% sure. I admire Jamie Oliver so much that's why whatever he does, I try to do it in her own little way. I am determined in meeting him one day :-)
