Guacamole Salad Ring
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in chili sauce and hot pepper seasoning; chill until thick and syrupy. Peel, pit and mash avocados. Blend with lemon juice. Add avocado mixture, onion, jalapeno, and celery to slightly thicken gelatin and stir until well blended. Pour into a 4 cup ring mold. Cover and chill until firm (at least 3 hours).
