Herb Crusted Salmon
2 four-ounce salmon filets
2 tablespoons quality mustard
1 tablespoon hulled hemp seeds
dash salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
In a small bowl combine mustard, hemp seeds, salt and pepper.
Place salmon, skin side down, on a baking sheet and pat dry using paper towel. Spread a layer of the mustard mixture on each salmon filet.
Bake until salmon is cooked through (you’ll know when the pink bits just start to turn white), about 12 to 15 minutes.
