Tahini Pies

Ingredients
800 grams all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
230 milliliters freshly squeezed orange juice
200 milliliters tahini
Preparation

Preheat oven to 180oC.

In a large bowl whisk together the flour and baking powder.

Add the oil and mix using your fingertips.

Cover the dough for ½ hour.

In another bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.

Divide dough into 4 balls.

Brush each strip with tahini

Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Press each snail bun with the palm of your hand to make it flat.

Brush each snail bun with tahini and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
