Creamy Blue Daiquiri


2 oz. Rum
1 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. Lime juice
1/2 oz. Simple syrup
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
2 oz. vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt


Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until the ice cream is thoroughly incorporated. Pour into chilled daiquiri/margarita glasses and put in the freezer for at least an hour. The alcohol will never freeze but the top and sides of the drink will. When you remove the glasses from the freezer, mix lightly with a spoon and serve immediately.


A heavenly sweet, sour and creamy concoction with just enough kick and an irresistible look!
