  • cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Light soy sauce
  • teaspoon Salt
  • cup Coconut juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 1 packet Curry powder
  • cup Pineapple diced
  • 2 tablespoons Celery diced
  • 5 ounces Lean pork
  • 1 pound Cauliflower

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the cauliflower into flower-like shapes. Scald the cauliflower in boiling water, then take it out and drain dry. Slice the lean pork and marinate with the seasonings (Light soy sauce and Salt).

Step 2

Fry the marinated pork in oil until cooked, then remove and set aside for later use. Sauté the mashed garlic, then add and fry with curry powder. Add water and any remaining seasonings to make a thick sauce.

Put in the scalded cauliflower, fried pork slices, and coconut juice into the sauce and cook together.

Step 4

Add the pineapple dices and celery dices. Dish up and serve hot.
