Nutella Powder

Ingredients

120 grams Nutella
80 grams tapioca maltodextrin

Preparation

Combine ingredients in a food processor.

Process until the mixture has the texture of soil.

Pass mixture through a fine-meshed sieve to lighten its texture.

Store in a cool dry place until ready to serve.
