Carrot-Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

cup water with
1 lrg egg
tablespoon brown sugar
cup shredded fresh zucchini
cup shredded fresh carrot
2 cups Eagle Mills Harvest Wheat bread mix

Preparation

Place ingredients in above order in bread pan and press start.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
