Scrambled Eggs On Toast With Smoked Salmon
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of brown bread
- pinch of salt and pepper
- smoked salmon
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper and fry in a pan with a knob of butter mixing until the eggs are cooked. Toast the bread and place on a platter then add the smoked salmon and the scrambled egg on top. If you have any, you can add some chopped dill to the eggs before cooking. Serve straight away.
