Angle Food Cake( Chiffon Cake)

Ingredients

50 grams sugar or honey
20 grams maezena
180 grams flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
100 milliliters vegetable oil
100 milliliters coconut milk
100 grams sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Pasta dough mix all ingredients in bowl and stir with wooden spoon until smooth

Beat egg whites and salt with electric mixer, add sugar.

Add Egg white batter slowly to pasta dough by folding stirring. (From below to above average finite)

Put into the pan without polishing

Bake about 90 minutes 150 Celsius

After cooked remove from oven, turn the heat on the pan in a state with a foot prop pan, allow to cool.
