  • Pita wedges
  • Parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Zahter
  • Olive oil
  • 1 cup Black Greek olives, pitted & finely chopped
  • 2 cup Baba ganouj

Instructions

Put baba ganouj in a bowl, then fold in chopped olives and zahter. Blend thoroughly.

Adjust seasonings if necessary.

Cover and refrigerate.

Before serving, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with parsley.
