- 5 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 1/2 cups sugarcane juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 quarter large fresh coconut (approximately 1 cup)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- chopped nuts(optional)

Combine the flours, baking powder, and salt in a deep bowl and mix well.

Place the fresh coconut in the blender along with the sugarcane juice and blend well until a cream forms.
Step 3
Pour this mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and beat for about 5 minutes.

Grease a baking dish with a thin layer of oil and all-purpose flour.

Pour the cake mixture into the prepared dish and bake in the oven at a medium temperature of 180 to 200 degrees Celsius for approximately 35 minutes.
Step 6
Wait for it to cool before unmolding.
