8 ounces Pork tenderloin, cut in bite size pieces
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
1 large Garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander seed
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
Black pepper to taste
Prepare the rice first.
Throw in the spices and stir. Cook for 30 seconds. Add the broth.
Continue cooking until broth is reduced a bit and pork is done.
