Corn Browned Cake (Truc Au Maïs)

Ingredients

170 grams of flour
220 milliliters milk
80 milliliters oil (sunflower, canola, etc...)
2 big onions thin sliced
500 grams corn
400 grams grated cheese (emmental, gruyère or equivalent)

Preparation

Mix flour and milk, then add in this order: eggs, oil, onions, corn and cheese.

IT'S VERY IMPORTANT to mix at each new ingredient added.

Pour the preparation in a baker or dish of 5cm high at most.

Bake in a 356°F (180°C) woven for about 25 mins, or until the top looks a little "burnt".

Serve with green salad.
