Add flour, salt
and 1/3 cup milk to eggs. Beat.
Gradually add rest of milk and beat
again. Refrigerate. Parboil
sausage, drain and place in shallow dish. Bake
425 degrees for 20 minutes. Pour off all except 4 tablespoons of fat. Pour batter over sausage and bake
15 to 20 minutes. Serves
6 to 8.
