Caramel Apple Cake By Mommie Cooks
For the Cake:
2 teaspoons of Apple Pie Spice*
2 Large Apples, Peeled and Chopped
7 ounces (½ Bag) of Cubed Caramels, Chopped
For the Icing:
Combine the ingredients together and then add in your evaporated milk and your apple pie spice.
Place them in an oven set to 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Frost cake with frosting and enjoy.
