- 3 Green onions, minced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced

- 4 halves Chicken breast, skinless and boneless

Place the chicken breasts in a shallow glass dish. Season with salt and pepper. Combine the garlic, green onions, orange juice, rum, wine, lime juice, soy sauce, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the chicken; cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Drain the chicken and reserve the marinade. Preheat the broiler or grill. Lightly spray a broiler pan or grill with vegetable cooking spray. Broil or grill chicken for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until done throughout. Remove from heat and keep warm.
