White Long Rice Recipe
This recipe is my family recipe, I learn how to make rice since I was small, my mother always said 2 cups of water for every cup of rice, never fail.
This cooking method of rice is called ABSORPTION METHOD -
Use heavy-bottomed pan with a tight-fitting lid. Be sure that the pan is big enough (rice will triple in volume)
To add extra flavour, use stock instead of water or add pieces of onions, pimento or sweet pepper.
