  • 12 Xocai Healthy Chocolate Omega Squares
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons water(optional)
  • 1 teaspoon orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon water(optional)
  • 24 whole almonds
  • 2 tablespoons dried cherry
  • 2 tablespoons cranberries(optional)

Instructions

Step 1

Break the Xocai Healthy Chocolate Omega Squares into small pieces.

Place the broken Omega Squares in a double boiler with 2 tablespoons orange juice or water and 1 teaspoon orange juice or water.

30 seconds

Place the double boiler on low heat just long enough to melt the chocolate pieces. Alternatively, you may microwave the mixture for 30 seconds to melt.

Chop 24 raw, unsalted whole almonds into small pieces. Do not grind.

Cut the dried cherry or cranberries into small pieces.

Stir all ingredients together in a bowl until well blended.

Drop small, teaspoon-sized amounts of the mixture onto waxed paper.

1-2 hours

Place the nuggets in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
