Pinwheel Flank Steak
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. flank steak
3/4 cup peeled, cooked, and mashed sweet potatoes or y
2 tablespoons dried, minced onions
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sliced, steamed mushrooms
2 1/2 cups steamed green beans or broccoli flowere
Preparation

Pound steak to flatten slightly. In medium bowl combine sweet potatoes, onion, Parmesan cheese, chives, or parsley and seasoning. Spread to cover steak and top with mushrooms.
