Roasted Ranch Broccoli
1 large head of broccoli sliced into 1-inch thick steaks
1 1/2 tablespoons ranch seasoning from Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Packet
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Add sliced broccoli to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with ranch seasoning, lemon juice and olive oil, then toss gently.
Roast for 16 minutes, sprinkle with parmesan, and return to the oven.
Bake 1-2 more minutes, remove from the oven, and enjoy!
Recipe Notes: You can usually find the Hidden Valley Ranch dip packets in the same aisle as salad dressing. It’s typically on the top shelf, above the dressings.
