GREEK YOGURT TOPPED WITH PEACHES AND PISTACHIOS

Ingredients

1/2 cup non-fat greek yogurt
1/2 peach
1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
1 tsp mint leaves, chopped

Preparation

1. Scoop yogurt into a serving bowl.

2. Slice peach horizontal, carving out center seed. Or slice vertically to top yogurt.

3. Top yogurt with peaches, pistachios, and mint..... enjoy!
