Spring Onion Rotis

Ingredients

ok i just made this recipe up...and it was WOW....lovely flaky crispy rotis....u can just eat them on their own
i will guide u thru this step by step
1 cup spring onion greens chopped fine
green chillies chopped fine to taste (u can replace with green finely chopped coriander leaves
1/4 cup of oil
salt and pepper to taste
warm water to knead into a pliable dough

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients and make into a dough.

Keep covered for an hour.

Heat an iron skillet and make balls out of the dough.

Roll into rounds and cook on the heated skillet till browned and crispy . IF U WANT U CAN BRUSH BUTTER ON THEM....makes yummy yummy rotis!!!
