Italian Chicken Stew

Ingredients

2 cups cooked cubed Chicken
1 ounce can 32 Tomato Juice
1 cup diced Carrots
1/2 cup Corn
2 tablespoons Onion
1 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Parsley
1/2 teaspoon Oregaon
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Preparation

Combine ingredients in 2 qt casserole dish.

Cover and cook on high for 8-10 minutes. Stir

Microwave on med for 1 hour. Or until veggies are soft.
