- 1 pound Strawberry Flavored Gelatin Powder
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
- 15 pounds Frozen Strawberries
- gallon Boiling Water

Dissolve strawberry flavored gelatin in boiling water.

Add 15 pounds (7 1/2 quarts) partially thawed strawberries and 1/2 cup lemon juice to the strawberry flavored gelatin. Stir strawberries until thawed and separated.

Pour about 5 1/2 quarts gelatin mixture into pans.
