Twisted Corned Beef and Cabbage

Ingredients

6 garlic cloves, crushed
2 bay leaves
2 cloves, whole
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup orzo
5 cups stock (vegetable, chicken or beef)

Preparation

Cover corned beef with stock

Add cabbage, mushrooms, peppercorns, garlic, bay leaves, cloves pepper and stock

Bring to boil

Skim off foam and reduce heat. Simmer for 2 hours until meat is tender

During last 15 minutes, add orzo and chopped cilantro, cook until orzo is tender
