- A handful nuts/seeds/rolled oats(optional)
- A few pinches raw sugar
- cinnamon
- A dollop butter
- apples
- crushed cardamom seeds
- honey
- vanilla yoghurt
Instructions

Step 1
Roughly chop the nuts. Roast the nuts, seeds, and rolled oats in a dry frying pan. Set aside.

approximately 5 minutes
Cut the apples into slices. Fry them with butter and raw sugar in the frying pan until soft.

Meanwhile, mix the vanilla yoghurt with crushed cardamom seeds and a little honey.

Step 4
Place the cooked apples on a plate, sprinkle with the roasted nuts, seeds, and oats mix, and serve with the cardamom yoghurt.
